Sagardi is a real feast for the adventurous. This tapas bar is joined to the Basque restaurant and serves Basque "pinchos" - slices of bread with toppings on them. There is a huge range of the pinchos with the most imaginative, state-of-the-art toppings you could ever think of. You simply won't have enough space in your stomach to try everything you like the look of. Another big plus is that you don't need to speak ay language - simply pick your choice from the plates. The venue is classy, decorated as a cosy wine cellar and run by very professional and attentive staff. Very accomodating opening hours. Sagardi doesn't have a very close-knit feel to it, being instead a cosmopolitan meeting point for the business clientele and the tourists.
