Museum and Resources for Semana Santa Marinera in Valencia

The Central Organisation of Semana Santa publishes literature to help you get the most of the Semana Santa. First of all, there is a comprehensive pocket-size little book containing detailed information on every single procession, including the times and the routes, on every single brotherhood, on all the traditions and meanings and complete with the map of the three main collective acts.

There is also the thin booklet with a drawing of the uniform of every brotherhood and the routes of the three main collective acts with short explanations.

These booklets are distributed throughout the district. You can pick them up in bars, shops, offices, etc, prior to the start of the Semana Santa. You can also try the tourist offices

The Museum

If you miss Semana Santa Marinera in Valencia, the maritime district has a comprehensive museum with all of the uniforms and regalia on display and the videos to show you what Semana Santa is like. The Museum is also where all of the imagenes are stored throughout the year.
