Akuarela Playa (as opposed to Akuarela Pub - its sister venue in Juan Llorens) is a very seasonal summer craze from July to October, a club with a long history, traditionally known as the club to go to at the beach. You meet a lot of people at night looking for it in the area, attracted by its fame. It is a down to the bone mainstream, with all of the latest (and not so latest) charts and the hordes of the usual well-groomed young weekenders. Classy stuff for a mainstream lover. The whole party is in a luxurious tropical garden to make the full use of the summer. A noisy party guaranteed.
