Zen is a place for an author asian cuisine, something with status and prestige. The Japanese food chef has worked for 10 years in various luxury hotels of Amsterdam, while the chef doing the Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese side holds an award for the best asian cuisine in Paris. This is not a place for sweet & sour pork, you will see many author dishes as well as a few classics. The prices are well above the average but well below the exclusive, a good value. The interior has prestige in it too - nothing too ethinc, a strict classic decor with brushstrokes of Orient, such as Japanese partitions between tables. You will be greeted at the door by the staff with hotel-class manners.
