Flow is a gem - small but strong. Such energy, such personality and such dynamic nightlife programme are worthy of any big club in a capital city, yet this is just a small disco-bar in the corner of Pz Honduras. This psychodelic purple cave is always bursting with young energy, this where people have no choice but to be happy and friendly. The party is cosy but full-on; from to (see box above). Early on Wednesday night they also put free tapas / snacks on the bar - a real luxury. Particularly popularly with the students in the area, it also gets a few older people on weekends. Totally unpretentious, easy-going vibe in one of the most charismatic places in the area.
