Kultural is the late night option -
when everything else is closed. It starts filling in around 3am and
goes until 7.30. It's the only late night venue near-by, so it gets
absolutely packed with 20-40s (mainly middle-aged) weekenders. The
atmosphere is good time though, although the music is very commercial
