Gibson's is a great starter to the night. A stylish, friendly and buzzing place, it is basically one room with a big round bar in the middle. A huge selection of cocktails (all at 5€) are mixed by charismatic staff who keep showing off all their bottle-spinning skills. A chilled-out, mainly young crowd, and not a hint of self-consciousness. The round table of Gibson's makes it all very sociable and funky ambience sound-track makes for a good mood. A very pleasant bar to start the night.
