Kenza is the only Cuban bar in Canovas, a real spot of Latin America. It is not really a steamy dance temple, rather a mellow cruise with intimate lighting and a tropical theme. Mainly mature, civilized, well-dressed clientele sips cocktails, some may even get up to dance for a little but it´s really more of a bar to relax and have a one-to-one. On Fridays and Saturdays Kenza has live music all night - a band or even an orchestra man. All kinds of Cuban sounds are improvized on the spot, according to the mood. The best thing is that while the music is live, it is at a comfortable volume, so you can enjoy it as part of the ambience rather than be forced to give it all your attention.
