Stuttgart has a Spanish owner and it shows. There are plenty of heartly German dishes but they are intermixed with Spanish tapas, and may even be slightly twitched to a Spanish taste. But perhaps the mix is better than the sum of the two. The same goes for the atmosphere - generally it is obvious that it is a rustic imitation of a German tavern, yet somehow you can't help feeling like you are in a Spanish cerveceria. In any case, could be an interesting blend for you.
