The Bistrot de Francois is probably the most authentic French restaurant in Valencia. It is a charming, informal and genuinely welcoming young place struggling to win its spot amongst the Valencian titans, and it gets constantly praised by the French in Valencia. Bohemian interior, full of Paris art and wooden furniture, gives you a shiny feeling of summer even in the winter. Francois and his wife are very welcoming and happy to see you and to serve you a fairly small but authentic selection of traditional French dishes with Francois' creative touch upon them.
