Cinquante Cinq is a spacious, bright, arty and light-hearted place to enjoy traditional French cuisine in a sophisticated ambience. They don't do fondues but many of the other classics are here. The menu is updated every month with fresh entries, making for a very elegant range, even though it is more classic than progressive. One of the more established French restaurants in Valencia.
