Le Saint Jacques is a quirky one. It moves in mysterious ways that are comprehensible only, perhaps, if you are French. Or it is trying too hard to be French? We will say no more. The menu is quite short but original, updating from time to time, you can expect a fair amount of creativity upon the French roots. The interior... it is either a bad attempt at modern art or a masterpiece of modern art that makes us ask "what is art?"
