Maramao is one of the more creative Italian cuisines in Valencia. This restaurant is said to be frequented by the figures of Valencian art and design world, yet it keeps an unpretentious stance. The interior is more or less simple (with ceramics) but arty. There is always a good selection of music to accompany your meal - jazz, flamenco, etc. A very intimate atmosphere in the evenings, when the lights are dim. The menu is a fairly small but ultra-creative selection of author dishes by an Italian chef - you are not likely to see something you have already tried.
