La Parppardella is the sister restaurant of Al Pomodoro, this time focusing on pasta dishes. Tucked in a cosy sunny Carmen corner by the cathderal, it is a scenic lunch favoured by a wide range of clientele, from the alternative types to businessmen, especially on the open-air terrace in the summer. Once again, it is an enormous bonanza on all the things that can be done with one type of a dish, in this case pasta - an almost endless range of varieties.
