"SUSHI & RYTHM. The new fashionable place where taste real Japanese food, drink something & feel the best sound" says the slogan. Harajuku is probably the best known Japanese restaurant in Valencia, catering for the fashion amongst the trendy crowd. The late opening hours speak for themselves. Its ultra-modern red-and-black interior is more of a place to go than a place to eat and in the course of time it seems almost more Valencian than Japanese (that's not to say that the chef is not Japanese!). It is un-missably located and definitely has much more than enough traditional Japanese range to keep you happy. They have recently opened another restaurant in the America's Cup Port, which is similar but with a more emphasis on cold dishes (sushi etc) than on hot ones (teppanyaki etc).
