Rincon Gaucho has been around since the early 80s and has become one of the most trusted places to get an honest (if somewhat pricey) Argentinian steak. It gets a lot of foreign clientele, and although they don't have a menu in English, they can explain things to you. The interior is quite simple but charming in its authentic theme of La Pampa. It is a true patch of Argentina in Valencia. The menu is very oriented towards grills and steaks, with only a few starters and pastas to warm up with. A genuine Argentine experience. Reservations recommended on weekends. If you are a large group, they can cook for you during the day.
