Ocho y Medio is a restaurant run by one of the Valencian culinary celebrities, who isn't only into his Spanish food but also passionate about the French cuisine. The menu will reflect his enthusiasm - sections of it are called "passion for this" and "passion for that". This restaurant is reputed to have top-notch creative food in a tasteful, jazzy ambience: colourful and elegant decor with a sophisticated music and excellent service.
