Canela is modernising the cuisine of Valencia, adding fresh twists to the traditional paella and more creativity to the traditional meat and fish. The menu is not very long but imaginative, and the prices are very acceptable. It is a pleasant, tranquil place with spacious minimalist interior, plenty of colours and a touch of a moorish theme in the design.
