La Tastaolletes is another central vegetarian. Although they tend to favour the Valenciano language, their menu, however, is a very international fusion presented in tapas, salads and main courses. From Mediterranean to Arabic, Oriental and European, it is all mixed here - some are fused dishes, other are just traditional represenatives. A light-hearted cafe-like wooden interior, buzzing with socialising people.
