Colonial is one of the older, more established and respected Asian restaurants in Valencia. It has a strong reputation for high service, ambience and creative cuisine, having become a more upmarket choice for the mature Asian food lovers, much like the Zen restaurant. All of the main Asian cuisines are equally represented here, some in traditiona dishes, other in an author's fusion. A luxury, yet warm and cosy, interior has somewhat of a jungle-bungalow feel (it does remind you of a colonial estate in Asia). Coupled with a quality lounge soundtrack, it makes for an exotic, relaxing experience.
