Ao Yama is the only other Japanese resaurant in Canovas, apart from Kaede. It has a more trendy, chic interior in black and red, with modern designs and some traditional Oriental symbology. However, it is not as purist and passionate in its Japanese cuisine as Kaede. The menu tends to be a fusion of Chinese and Japanese, and sometimes confusing, although you could take it as a chance for adventure!
